Very quiet, attractive apartment. Comfortable beds, great location. Easy walk to cafes and all around the city. Great communication with host. Drivers arranged through the host were fantastic. Will come back!

Our stay at this flat was absolutely wonderful! The flat was beautiful, equipped with the best luxuries and perfectly situated to see several key sites throughout London. Our hostess was absolutely available and so gracious throughout our stay. She kept in contact with us if we had any questions and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at any of these properties and we will definitely be back!

What a lovely gem in Westminster! This place was absolutely wonderful! The location was phenomenal-close walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to an underground which made getting around London with my family a breeze. Additionally there was a grocery store minutes away from the property which came in handy. The property itself was beautifully decorated and was a comfortable stay for my family of 5. The complimentary slippers and coffee were an added bonus, however Karen was the icing on the cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

My wife and I travel extensively and have used VRBO for previous trips - some have lived up to the hype and photos; most have not. Some hosts have been okay; some have been awful.With this VRBO listing we were thrilled by the incredible experience we had with our Host Karen and her beautiful flat in London's Westminster area. From our first interaction with her many months prior, to our last goodbye as we headed home, to a sweet note she sent us hoping we made it home safe and sound, we always felt like we were chatting with a dear friend whose goal was to make sure our stay "with her" was comfortable, enjoyable and hassle free. Karen was quick to respond to any question and provided great information about the surrounding area so we could plan ahead for restaurants, food markets, transportation, etc.The location of the flat is perfect for accessing all areas by foot or the underground, it's also surrounded by great pubs, coffee shops, a market and a short walk to the Thames. The flat itself is a wonderful quiet oasis of comfort when you escape the hustle of the city streets. It's exactly as promoted - your relaxing and safe home away from home. An added benefit we enjoyed is Karen offers a professional driver - Mark Stanley - who provides airport pick ups/drop offs, with the flat check in keys in hand, for a great rate (equal to or less than private drivers or taxis). This is a MUST BOOK flat for your trip to London. It will be for us when we go back!

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our weeklong stay. It was clean, cool, and in a good location. Karen our host was lovely. Very quick to reply to questions or issues, and provided a very thorough property guide that had all the info about the flat and the appliances and procedures that you could want. She was even able to connect us with an excellent black cab service to get us from and to the airport. Overall our stay at the flat was wonderful.
