Outside:
There is no outside space, but you are directly opposite the harbour and quay where there are benches on a grassy area diagonally opposite, which you could easily take advantage of on sunny days, plus you'll enjoy the most spectacular of views.
Parking for one car at the rear of the property, although not designated. A parking permit will be available for use during your stay - please leave this is in the apartment when you depart.
