Villa Rafaello is a welcoming single-storey residence located in the Areias de S. João area, in Albufeira. Situated in a relatively quiet area, yet just a few minutes from restaurants, services, entertainment and Praia do Forte de S. João beach, this property offers the ideal balance between convenience and tranquillity.



The dwelling features a cosy living room and a bright dining room, both in open space with the kitchen, creating a spacious and fluid environment, perfect for moments of socialising and relaxation. The dining area has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy the interior and exterior in total harmony.



Villa Rafaello has two bedrooms with double beds, providing a comfortable and functional stay. The property also features a bathroom with a shower base, offering all the necessary comfort for daily use.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals with comfort and practicality.



On the exterior, the private pool stands out, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate, as well as the pleasant outdoor dining area, equipped with BBQ, perfect for relaxed dinners under the Albufeira sky.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Stay in a Calm and Convenient Spot

We had a truly pleasant time here the space felt welcoming and easy to enjoy, with everything flowing nicely between indoors and outdoors. The atmosphere was relaxing yet close to everything we needed, making our break feel effortless. We also loved trying one of the company’s boat tours, which made the trip even more memorable.

Great Atmosphere and Very Enjoyable Stay

We really liked the warm and easygoing feel of the place it created the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a few quiet days. The layout worked well for relaxing both inside and outside. We also enjoyed one of the company’s boat trips, which added a fun highlight to our holiday.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Setting

The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the house had everything needed for an easy and comfortable break. We enjoyed spending time both indoors and outdoors, making the most of the pleasant surroundings. The Algarbe restaurant was also a lovely recommendation during our visit.

Fantastic beach getaway

A very cozy and functional villa. The walk to Praia do Forte de S. João is quick and easy, which was perfect for our beach days. After the beach, retreating to the quiet garden and pool area was exactly what we needed to relax. Highly recommend for a stress-free holiday!

Relaxing Spot for a Perfect Break

The place felt cozy and well-organised, giving us exactly the peaceful retreat we were looking for while still being close to plenty of things to do. Perfect blend of peace and action

Villa Rafaello is in a fantastic spot. It’s located in a quieter part of Areias de S. João, so we could sleep peacefully, but the beach and all the main services were just a short walk away. Being a single-story house made it very accessible and comfortable for us.

Private pool and great BBQ nights

The outdoor area is the star of the show. The private pool is perfect for cooling off, and we had several lovely dinners outside using the BBQ. The terrace is very well-integrated with the house, making it easy to spend the whole day outdoors enjoying the Algarve sun.

Modern, cozy and very clean

This villa felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless and the two double bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a private pool in such a central location in Albufeira is a real luxury.

Lovely open-plan living

We loved the layout of this villa! The open-plan kitchen and living area are so bright and airy. It was great to be able to cook while still chatting with the rest of the group. The direct access from the dining area to the pool terrace is a brilliant design feature.
