Très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied des grands monuments, parc et jardins, musées prestigieux. Vue entière de la Tour Eiffel depuis la rue, à 6mn à pied sur le quai opposé de la Seine.
Dans une rue calme près des commerces, boutiques tendances de la rue de Passy, son mall et marché couvert, nombreuses brasseries, marché. Tous transports proches. Quartier animé et très agréable, promenade des bords de Seine, architectures magnifiques du 19e, près du musée d’art moderne, cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine à quelques mètres, à 2 pas des jardins. Piste cyclable des bords de Seine juste en bas de la rue.
