The outside area offers a spacious terrace with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, and a covered area with a dining table, inviting many nights of alfresco dining. There are numerous bars and restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk ensuring you’ll be spoilt for choice during your stay. Pool heating, WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included. 

Villa Iraya enjoys the comfort of a quiet and residential location, while being a quick 10 minute walk from the vibrant and well-visited Marina Rubicon. Here, you’ll find a wide selection of shops, bars and indulging restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Dorada can be reached within 20 minutes’ walk, while the centre of Playa Blanca is only a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by car from the villa. Experience Timanfaya National Park, a 30 minute drive from the villa, for breath-taking volcanic landscapes.
