Enjoy a peaceful stay at our newly refurbished, pet-friendly Lake View Apartment—just a 10-minute stroll from beautiful Lake Windermere and the charming cafés, shops, and attractions of Bowness. Located on the ground floor and set on a quiet hillside, the apartment offers lovely views from the balcony and a spacious, comfortable living area for relaxing with family or friends.

Unwind with free Netflix and Sky Sports, enjoy a selection of board games, or sip a fresh Nespresso coffee before heading out to explore the Lake District. The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the large lounge. You’ll also find thoughtful touches including wardrobe space, a dressing table, washing machine, BBQ, garden furniture, and parking for up to two cars (one on the drive plus free street parking).

We warmly welcome two small, well-behaved dogs, with beds and treats ready for their stay.

Please note: the walk from Bowness back to the apartment includes a steep hill, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
We operate a non-smoking policy and cannot accommodate parties, including hen or stag groups.
A Ring doorbell is installed for security when the property is unoccupied.

If you’re travelling as a larger group, we can host up to 12 guests when booking both apartments—just ask for availability.

– Windermere is a short bus ride (A555) or 3-minute drive away
– Windermere train station is 1.5 miles away
– Local walks include Brant Fell (10 mins) and Orrest Head (easily reached via bus from Bowness)
