Rustic Sunshine - Sleeps 8, On Bus Route, Near The Village + Eagle!

Excellent getaway in Mammoth Lakes! This vacation rental is centrally located with an easy 5 minute walk to town. The Shuttle to take you to the slopes or the Village stops just across the street. Enjoy the complex amenities of a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, game room, and seasonal BBQs.

In our family friendly cabin, you'll have room to spread out and relax after a full day of outdoor activities. In the living room, you'll be able to warm yourself by the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and switch on the Smart Fire TV (log into your own streaming services to enjoy your shows), we also have cable for anyone wanting live TV or catching a game. The comfortable sofas have mounted charging stations so you can easily keep your gadgets charged!

An updated kitchen has a rustic decor and is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking for your group. The large wooden table is great for eating with 6 or playing boardgames. There are also 4 barstools for people to sit at the kitchen counter.

Sleep eight guests here!! On the main floor the primary bedroom has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom and a Smart Fire TV. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, Smart Fire TV and the bathroom is located in the hall for anyone in the living room to also use. The LOFT has a queen bed and two twin beds along with a full bathroom and another Smart Fire TV.

No need to worry about bringing linens as we provide all bedding and towels - including beach towels for the pool, sauna and lakes!

This is a second story unit so you will need to climb to the second story to fully enjoy the space!

This condo comes with two parking spaces and two parking passes that need to be displayed at all times.

Great ski condo

Property was clean and as advertised. Location was excellent with shopping and restaurants close by. Easy to head to Eagle Lodge on the shuttle just outside parking lot. Allison was an excellent host - responded quickly to questions. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful unit

This was a great property at a very convenient location. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family. Our host seemed to think of everything, from usb ports near all the beds to charge our devices, smart tvs in all the rooms, extra linens and towels, snow shovel in the closet to dig out our cars, etc. Our host kept us well informed and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our host was terrrific. After Hwy 395 was closed due to a blizzard, preventing us from leaving Mammoth on our scheduled date, she went to great effort to try to find alternate accommodation for us.This property group does an amazing job clearing snow. More than 4 feet of snow fell while we were there; they had loaders and bobcats working all day so the parking lot and walkways were always navigable despite the heavy snowfall. The hot tub and pool were functioning but the 2 gas grills were not, which is my only criticism.

Weekend Snowboarding Trip

Great location, trolley stop is just outside of the complex and can take you through town. Had everything we needed to unwind and hang out after a couple long days on the mountain.

Great location and comfortable property

The condo worked great for our family vacation as it had more than enough room with the 2 bedrooms and loft. It’s nicely located near the slopes, restaurants and market and easy to get in and out of when traveling around town. Although we had some things that needed to be addressed, Allison responded immediately and helped take care of them. This condo is a good value stay and one that I would rent again.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is a great stop for families and friends. We have 2 bedrooms on the main floor (king and queen respectfully) each with a smart tv and then a loft with another queen bed and two twin beds plus another full bathroom which you don't often find in Mammoth. The condo offers a relaxed feel and is located right on the bus route which means you can easily get around town all year long without having to drive yourself!
