This compact 3 storey cottage is situated directly on the harbour front with all rooms facing the sea and harbour. The cottage is attractively decorated and furnished.


GROUND FLOOR:

Stable door to kitchen/diner with electric cooker and extractor hood, microwave, fridge, storage heater. First floor: Lounge with bay window and window seat, Smart TV. Dimplex thermostatically controlled heater and coal effect electric fire. Second Floor: Bedroom with bay window and window seat, 4ft 6in bed. Dimplex t/c heater. Delightful bathroom with full size bath and shower over, heated towel rail, wc & wash basin.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; convector heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi available. Mobile reception varies. Parking in a secure private car park located on Tregenna Hill.
