Xmas escape

Booked for 6- but only 3 of us used the cottage. Very cosy/ comfortable and plenty of space. Lovely walks close by and a useful store in the village (10 mins walk)

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage is set on a beautiful working farm, with sheep and lambs running around and other wildlife. It’s very peaceful and we all slept well! Fully equipped although we only had 1 t.v when 2 was promised. I would have also liked to see a king size bed in the master and not a double. The rest of the furniture was more than adequate. We explored the area fully and Hever Castle is a must see! Brighton was only 45 minutes too. A great stay and Annabelle (the owner) was only to happy to help if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Lovely spacious country house

I was impressed with the amount of rooms in the house with regards to a separate dining room, utility room etc and each room was large and well furnished. Lots of seating in different rooms too. Shower was lovely and powerful, very big bath too. (However the bath towels need replacing as very rough and some were stained). Comfortable beds and good amount of info on local attractions and those further afield too. Only real negative is it would have been nice to have a bit of contact from the owner on information how to get in to the property either before or on arrival, i had to call the company I booked with in order to get into the property! I would recommend for a family get away and is very dog friendly too, I hope to return one day
