Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular coastal town with an impressive harbour where you can try crabbing on the quayside and watch the sailing boats come and go. The soft sandy beach (1.5 miles) with colourful beach huts and a backdrop of woodland pines is ideal for making sandcastles, participating in water sports, eating ice cream, and enjoying fresh local seafood.

This delightful former sweet shop set over two floors will impress you from the moment you walk through the door. There are many charming original features, including exposed ceiling beams, and these have been combined effortlessly with a coastal theme and stylish contemporary decor and furnishings. On the ground floor is a bright open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of natural light. The living space is full of character and boasts comfortable seating for socialising, along with a Smart TV for entertainment and a wood burner for the cooler months. Dive into the local history with a visit to nearby Holkham Hall (3 miles) and explore the woodland walks, walled gardens, and adventure playground for children. The local area is ideal for walking, wildlife or birdwatching and National Trust Blakeney Nature Reserve (5 miles) is a must-see attraction. The traditional seaside town of Cromer, with a Victorian pier, is 20 miles away.
