This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified. Pets are not accepted. Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands. In the event that this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
