A traditional grade II listed fisherman's cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Conveniently situated between the harbour and Porthmeor Beach it is within easy reach of the shops, art galleries and restaurants.

5 steps from street to stable door entrance. Ground Floor: Lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD player and Bose ipod dock. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and electric hob, washer/drier, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher. Shower room including wash basin and wc. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wash basin. Bedroom with 3ft bed.


Please note that children and babies are not permitted at this property.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No children under 15 allowed. Wifi Included. Mobile reception varies. 10 steps up to the entrance, may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Parking for one car in the Railway Station Car Park, approximately 10 minutes walk from the property - note you can drop off and unload by the church close to the property.
