Sotine Beach House (Sleeps 6+2 children) Hot tub, games room and bar, cinema style TV lounge, 4 minutes walk to the beach front, parking for 4 cars on private driveway, close to supermarket and cafes, and restaurants.

Ground Floor
Entrance Hall
A welcoming hallway with access to all bedrooms and main living areas.
Open-Plan Living, Dining & Kitchen Area
A bright and spacious open-plan area with underfloor heating and full-height bi-fold doors opening directly onto the garden.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine (original) dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a large island with seating for three.
Living area with sofa and armchair seating for 5, Smart TV, and an electric feature fireplace.
Dining area with table and chairs seating six to eight guests.

Utility Room
Includes a washing machine and independent garden access. Dog towels, bowls, and treats are provided.
Popcorn machine, Airfryer and additional baking / mixers.

Kids play room -(sleeps 1 - single 2ft 6 bed available on request - £75 fee)
Desk area and chair.
Quiet small room (screen free) rug area, dress up, baskets of toys, sensory lighting, books, teddies. High chair and Travel cot.

TV Lounge / Snug
A dedicated cinema-style room featuring a 65-inch screen, a large corner sofa and day seat capacity 5/6

Walk-in dressing room with wardrobes. Also doubles as a kids family room / sleeping area:
Optional: Child's pull-out bed (z bed decent mattress max 14yrs)
Childs chair / floor bed available (can be located snugly in the dressing room or in the bedroom area) or sitting rooms. Max age 8 years old.
Extra beds £50 each. Bedding and towel supplied.

Bedroom Three
Twin beds (can be made into a Super King on request, at least 7 days before arrival)

Family Bathroom
Features a large bathtub, walk-in shower, heated flooring, and heated towel rails.

Outside Space
A fully enclosed, well-maintained garden with a large patio area, small lawn, and outdoor sofa seating. A BBQ is available from April to October (guests to provide their own charcoal).
Hot Tub, seats up to six guests. Hot tub towels are provided.
Garden Room / Games Room - Includes a small garden bar, convertible games table, kids dartboard, yoga mat, floor gym bands.
