WiFi, heated pool, air conditioning/ heating in all the double bedrooms and lounge are included. 

Villa Ocean People is ideally situated with a tremendous front row view of the sea and the old town harbour. There is a selection of restaurants and supermarkets within a quick 5 minute walk, and a 10 minutes’ stroll will take you to the harbour offering an inviting array of bars and restaurants overlooking the boats. Perfect for snorkelling and water sports, the closest beach Playa Chica is just a 15 minute walk from the villa. Or you can venture further afield to the everlasting strip of Avenida with a wider selection of exciting eateries and bustling bars.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
