Villa Paolo

Villa Paolo has a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea with Islands Hvar and Brac, as well as Biokovo mountain in the background. The Olive garden is right in the front of the house. Villa Paolo has a large garage in the basement, with a fitness room and a place for playing foosball and ping pong. In the garage we have electric car charger powered by solar power.

On the first flat, there is a three bedroom apartment, with full size kitchen and living room, which connects to the pool area and large patio with grill, large table with chairs, and lounges.

The second flat has another three bedroom apartment with balcony and sea and mountain views. You will see construction from the second floor, but also sea and Mountain View.
On this second floor we have full size kitchen and comfortable living room.
There is more outside parking on the property. Our Villa is well suited for large family where you will feel like at your home.
We provide baby cot/crib, as well as feeding chair free of charge.

One more year, there will be construction of the last building of Hills Residence a Luxury apartments, about 100 m from our property during October-May. During those months, there might be some construction noise. During summer months construction work is paused.

Villa Paolo is for rent to one group or family up to 12 guests. Owners don't live on the property, the whole house is only yours for the time rented. Villa has large yard and is fenced in with the private driveway and with the gate. The driveway is used by Villa Paolo and Villa Ribica only.

Senia and Marin build this house in 2014. We live in California but spend summers in Croatia. In early morning you may meet Damir, he is Villa Paolo's "right hand" on making sure the pool is christal clear and if you notice anything broken or lose, he will make sure to fix it.
You may meet Dinka ( Senia's mother) who helps with the garden watering it in the early am.
We also have a professional cleaning crew that cleans the whole Villa before you come and after you leave. In case you need additional touch/help, the cleaning crew can be called for additional charge.
Our check out is at 10 am and check in at 15h. You may request earlier check in, but it will be available depending on the speed of cleaning crew.
Villa Paolo has an Olive Garden facing south. There are other houses/ villas looking at the east and west. New luxury apartment buildings are in construction facing south/west about 100m from the Villa Paolo. Only inside quiet work should be done during summer months, so you may hear some light noise.
Private driveway is shared with Villa Ribica only, and the whole front yard is fenced in, in case you bring your furry friend. The supermarket is just 10 min walking distance, but it's down the hill, so we recommend the car for your heavy groceries.
The beach is about 1.5 km down the hill. It will be very hard to walk up by foot on hot days, so plan accordingly with the transportation. Most of our guests drive to the beach, or walk down and take taxi up.
There is a free shuttle to take you to a restaurant Panorama with the most beautiful views you can imagine. You don't have to worry about designated driver. We're about 5 min drive to the center of the Makarska town, but during summer month there is a lot of traffic in a town, so we advise to park away from the promenade (riva) and walk there or take a Ðiro taxi.
We are 80 min drive from the Kastela airport. Take a freeway, it’s much faster and nicer drive! Welcome to Makarska!
