Stunning villa with private infinity pool, located in the prestigious hamlet of Barcuzzi in Lonato del Garda, known for its luxury residences. Villa Perla enchants with its spacious interiors and breathtaking views over Lake Garda, offering the perfect setting for a dream holiday with family or friends, accommodating up to 6 guests.



The villa features free Wi-Fi internet connection and welcomes guests with a large, bright living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine, toaster, plus a guest bathroom with washbasin and WC.

The ground floor continues with the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, bidet, and WC.



Upstairs, guests will find a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV, a living area with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower, and access to a spacious terrace furnished with sofas—perfect for relaxing while admiring the wonderful panorama of Lake Garda!



Equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, the villa continues on the lower level with a full bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The highlight of Villa Perla is undoubtedly the outdoor area, featuring a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the lake, and a green area with a beautiful garden, ideal for families with children who want to play outdoors.



The private pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

Guests may use a garage inside the property to park one car.

A baby cot and high chair can be requested at an extra cost of €10 per night each.

Pets are not allowed.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be sent to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days prior, payment of a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



Lonato del Garda is located in the south-western part of the lake, among gentle morainic hills and vineyards producing the area’s renowned wines. The region offers many leisure activities: wine & food trails with tastings of local products, walking and cycling routes through the countryside, markets and traditional fairs.



The villa is approximately 15 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from Verona Valerio Catullo Airport.
