Breathtaking, luxury home in private lake front neighborhood! Newly built with amazing amenities throughout. Our home is in one of the best spots on Lake Tahoe! The spacious Kitchen and Great Room are open and bright and opens onto the spacious outdoor living spaces. The main level Master Suite with fireplace, and handicap accessible Guest Bedroom with en-suite bath is perfect for extended family. Downstairs is a large Family/ Game Room with TV, Bar, a second Master Suite with fireplace plus another bedroom with a Queen plus twin trundle bed, and another full bath. Upstairs you'll find a large Loft area with 4 twin beds and another bath. We also have a private outdoor spa, bbq, and outdoor dining.
The Kitchen is a cook's delight with top of the line appliances, huge granite island, and dining table that will seat 10 easily.
The wrap-around deck enjoys beautiful views, and includes a BBQ, outdoor dining table and plenty of seating.
South Shore Lake Tahoe is just a short easy drive to enjoy restaurants, entertainment, Heavenly Valley skiing and much more!
Please be aware of quiet hours between 9PM and 8AM.

Amazing house with an amazing view in an amazing location!!!

A group of families with middle school and high school kids shared this house for a week of snow sports at Heavenly. The house is about 15 minutes to the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges so we were able to get to the mountain early and find easy parking, even during “ski week” when many US kids have vacation from school. Checking in was a breeze. The house has a great layout for groups (large open kitchen, huge dining table, large open great room with fantastic recliners in front of a fireplace). There are well sized rooms with ample bathrooms for a large crew. The hot tub is a must after a long day on the mountain and you can even see a slice of the lake from the hot tub!!! The grocery store is also 10 minutes away. Should you choose to go into the main town area it’s also only about 15 minutes away. The owner was so helpful and responsive. We would stay here again without question.

Awesome House, Awesome Location

We stayed with two families for a spring break ski week at Heavenly. The house was perfect for our needs. It is like a beautiful ski lodge. It has lake views and we took several sunset walks down to the lake. It must be a blast in the summer as well with a great communal deck on the water, beach, and swim area protected by rock breakwaters.

My husband Rick and I designed and built this beautiful custom home and it is a DREAM come true! We love everything about it, the location, the views, the floor plan, design and luxury. We enjoy jet skiing and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. Our whole family enjoys this home and location, and we are sure yours will too!

Why they chose this property

The location of this home can't be beat! Close enough to South Shore to enjoy the great restaurants, entertainment and of course, Heavenly Valley, but quiet and private. Easy access in the winter, just off Hwy 50. Our little community of just 11 homes share one of the prettiest private sand beaches and marinas in the entire Tahoe area. This area can't be beat!

What makes this property unique

Some of our unique features is the huge Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen; such a perfect open space for entertaining! Our super leather reclining sofas will make you want to stay forever. If you have an elderly family member, they will appreciate the handicap accessible Guest Bedroom and private bath with walk in shower on the main level; no steps from the garage! Our huge walk out balcony and patio has a dining table, bbq, and lots of places to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
A private outdoor spa waits for you after a long day of skiing or snowboarding!
