Villa Cecilia is perfect for golf enthusiasts as it literally overlooks the Guadalmina Alta Golf Course! This traditionally designed 4 bedroom villa with private pool has a lovely warm feel plus there's a small selection of shops and restaurants within a short stroll. What's more, Guadalmina Beach, the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara and the chic Puerto Banus are all less than 10 minutes' drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Cecilia is superbly located within the sought after Guadalmina Alta Golf Estate. It is located 1¾ miles west of San Pedro de Alcantara, with its many fine restaurants, shops, bars and sports facilities. There's also a restaurant and mini market within walking distance. If this isn't enough Puerto Banus is less than 10 minutes' drive, whilst the fashionable resort of Marbella is a little further, both with a host of amenities.
