Discover this elegant, comfortable 38sqm 2-bedroom apartment with AC. Located in the center of Nice's port "Lympia", this apartment offers you one of the best starting points to discover and enjoy Nice and its surroundings. After a busy and exciting day, you can relax in the comfortable armchair and enjoy a restful sleep in the 160x200cm King size bed. We are sure that you will feel at home. 

The apartment has a large living room where you will find a comfortable sofa (sofa bed 160x200cm: If you have booked for 2 people but want to have the Sofa Bed prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival) and an elegant and equally comfortable armchair. The best place to relax, watch TV, sit together and discuss the day. The living room also has a dining table where you can enjoy your meals together. 

The open kitchen is well equipped and allows you to cook like at home. 

There is a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and storage space. 

The separate bedroom is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, a 160x200cm bed and a second comfortable armchair (-: 

The excellent location of the apartment makes everything possible (-: The T2 tram (direct line to the airport) is a 6-minute walk from the apartment and the 100 bus, which takes you to Villefranche sur Mer, Eze and Monaco, is also a 6-minute walk away. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk away and the famous "Coco Beach" is a 15-minute walk away. 

If you arrive by car, you can park your vehicle safely in the public parking garage Parking Nice Lympia (10 minutes walk). The old town of Nice, Place Garibaldi and the famous Rue Bonaparte are also within walking distance. The Promenade des Anglais is a 20-minute walk around the harbor. The supermarket, restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away from the apartment. I, Hanna, or one of my team members will check you in personally and will be available for questions and tips during your stay. 

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. 

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
