The check in was easy and the host, Yoan, was very accommodating. I needed to stay for an extra couple of days and was able to work that out with zero issues. As far as the apartment goes, it's small but in a very quiet area. There is a patio to relax outside with a grill. I didn't have to use the grill because Chile's Mexican restaurant is 3 blocks down the street from this location. Most likely the best burrito I have ever had. Also, La Teresita is a Cuban type of place is 4 blocks away. La Teresita includes a grocery store and a restaurant. and that makes it easy to get food. They have an excellent Cuban sandwich. There are lots of healthy eating choices in that area. The only reason I left is because somebody else booked it. I'd imagine that this place would be an excellent place to stay if you wanted to go see a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field are within walking distance of this property. I can't say enough great things about the host. They spoke Spanish, and I speak English, but we were still able to communicate. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and super close to the Raymond James Stadium. Make sure to clarify what unit you are in. It was unclear there were two units in one home. When we arrived we were trying to enter another guests unit.
