Piediluco cottage

A beautiful farmhouse with a 90-square-meter pool and views of Lake Piediluco, nestled in a 5,000-meter fenced-in garden with tall trees and fruit trees. The Marmore Falls and the villages of the Valnerina are just a few minutes’ drive away. The farmhouse is an excellent starting point for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. Lake Piediluco and the Marmore Falls offer opportunities for water activities such as rowing, rafting, and canyoning. The farmhouse is on two levels and consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a cellar, and three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds (one of which is a queen-size), and one with two beds that can be joined to form a double or left as singles. There are also two sofa beds, for a total of 10 sleeping accommodation. The two bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Cots with safety rails are available for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. A washing machine and dryer are provided. The outdoor area is furnished with a table for 12 people, a barbecue, 4 sofas, 6 lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a pool bar complete with a mini-fridge. Next to the pool is a changing room with a bathroom and shower. Parking for three cars.
