To begin, the apartment is actually quite cute. It doesn’t match the host’s description but it’s cute. If I were to have chosen it based on truth, it would have been amazing. It was not amazing.To start, the property description: not just overly-inflated, it’s false. It is not a 1 bedroom, it’s a tiny studio. The bed is NOT a king sized bed…..it’s a Murphy bed (double at best) that when opened, cannot be walked around fully the apartment is so small. There is no office, despite the “reviews”about how great the office was. And If there really is wifi, it didn’t work, despite numerous calls and emails. The property is managed by a third party “checkmyguest”; it was a nightmare. No real person to be accountable. We were told last minute that we had to pick up and return keys at an alternate location (keynest). Very inconvenient When we arrived at the property with 2 key fobs and 1 key. Without direction, I called the numbers provided by the host. The response: “somebody” would come to help us get checked in. Nobody arrived. After 2hours, in the rain we eventually got an email with instructions how to get in. Unfortunately the elevator was not working (to be fair not the exactly the host’s fault) but dragging several large pieces of luggage to the 4th floor, after the frustration of “checking in” was a lot.We stayed 3 days and the only communication from the host was a prefab auto-generated email
