A little older than some but very well kept up, great view of the beach from the balcony, Just a few steps from the boardwalk that leads you to the beach and had chairs and an umbrella which was nice. I would stay here again.

Overall we were pleased with the unit. Had a great view of the beach from the kitchen table and the balcony. Unit was very clean. However some of the floor boards were a bit wonky and could be a trip hazzard for some folks (toddlers or elderly). Also, like many of the rentals we have had at this resort the dishwasher was not great, we like to cook-in on our trips so doing dishes by hand is a bit of a bummer. But other than that it is overall a great place to stay.

This condo was exactly what was listed. Extremely clean with a beautiful view of the ocean!! The owner Ian sent us an email with ideas of where to go eat and nearby local bars. Coconutz sports bar on the property had something fun to do every night. We enjoyed the views at this beautiful location. We will definitely go back.

Wonderful living space directly overlooking the beach and ocean. Very nice accommodations. A little tight but doable for 4 people that want to spend time inside, and would be perfect for 2-3.

Everything was perfect! We had a great time and we would highly recommend this Villa! Very clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Couldn’t have been better. Owner is great to work with and excellent communications. We will definitely be back in the future! Five stars across the board!

We had a wonderful vacation! This is our third time staying at this property and the location is unbeatable. So close to the beach! The host is very communicative and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Our hosts had the condo clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was beautiful from both windows and the balcony. We aren’t familiar with Roku, so we had some difficulty working the channels, but that was minor and not difficult to figure out. It was a great experience!

We have now stayed at this condo for two years, and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about both the condo and the owner! After our first stay, coming back for a second year was a no-brainer.The owner goes above and beyond from the very beginning. His communication is excellent, and he is always so quick to respond and genuinely lovely to communicate with. Before our trips, he has provided us with helpful information about the condo, resort, island, restaurants, things to do, and places to visit. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a wonderful experience.The location of the condo is absolutely ideal! Being directly on the beach with such a beautiful view is hard to beat. We love having direct beach access, parking right at the condo day and night, and a second pool just a short walk away that tends to be less crowded. The location is also incredibly convenient—we are just minutes from the grocery store, shopping, and so many of our favorite restaurants.For us, this condo has everything we could want for a Hilton Head vacation: the perfect location, beautiful views, convenience, and an owner who genuinely makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We loved our first stay so much that we specifically requested to come back for our second vacation, and we were just as happy the second time around.For the price, we truly don’t think you can find a better location or a better owner to work with. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
