*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays over 10 nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £105. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.





*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
