Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom lodge in Seton Sands, East Lothian, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests looking for a coastal getaway.

✅ Bedroom 1 & 2 each have two single beds
✅ Bedroom 3 has a double bed
✅ There is also comfy sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for family or friends.
✅ Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms provide added convenience, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

By Bus:
From Edinburgh city centre, take the Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands.
The bus stops directly outside Seton Sands Holiday Village.
Walk into the park and follow signs to Golf Village and once there, follow the signs for Kingsbarns.
By Train & Bus:
Take a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Longniddry Station (about 20 minutes).
From Longniddry, take a taxi (5-minute ride) or catch Lothian Bus 26 to Seton Sands.
Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £20 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- No Parties INSIDE THE CARAVAN. Any indication will incur a fee of £200 for Extra Cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
