It consists of a well-proportioned living room with an open-plan kitchen and very high ceilings, a long corridor and two double bedrooms each with private bathroom. From the windows of the living room and the master bedroom, there is a charming view of the canal.

Located in a very central area of Venice, with a short walk you can reach the Teatro la Fenice, Piazza San Marco, the Ponte dell'Accademia, the Rialto Bridge and the most important museums in the city.

A 360-degree concierge service is offered to guests. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of € 30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or € 50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to € 5.00 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
