Tv would not work not even wirh Chromecast host tried to help but it was too much of a process . No worries though there to be outside. Place was quiet pool was lovely. Suite is dirty needs a good clean location is good

The studio unit had spartan furnishings and amenities including towels, basic cleaning utensils, toilet paper, silverware, etc. The throw pillows on the sofa were torn with the stuffing coming out, the walls are peeling, there were live and dead cockroaches in the room and the wash machine leaked. We had to contact the host to get items corrected including hot water and entry codes. On the positive side, the host was responsive and the location next to the pool was great. The complex generally was well maintained, safe and beautiful. Other units in the complex we visited were well furnished and came with all expected amenities for VRBO properties.

The property had not been cleaned. Location was misleading. Raised a complaint with VRBO which has yet to be resolved. Host was disorganized and confused - did not provide correct codes proactively. Nightmare experience.

Wow! Where to start..The host was responsive but didn't solve all the issues adequately. When we arrived, the kitchen was horrid. Scratched pans, a rediculously small coffee maker without any filters, one cracked bowl, mismatched silverware and not much of it, no paper towels, no tissues, no hand towel. The host replaced the pans, coffee maker, microwave, and blender on day 3, half way through our trip. Light bulbs were out, some were replaced. Bugs in the light fixtures. One of three fixed. The Chromecast didn't work, and the host wasted over an hour of my time trying to trouble shoot. Not a great way to spend limited vacation time. He replaced it day three. It works, but has to be factory reset each time. The worst issue was the roaches. The door has an inadequate lock. The strike plate was removed because,"it doesn't work with it". So someone could break it in if desired. There is no handle on the door, so good luck closing it properly. In fact the manager that fixed things while we were out for the day left it wide open(ajar). What a way to return home! Finally there was no sweep on the door and the one that was placed doesn't even cover the length of the door. Say hello to your nighttime friend the roaches because there's a conduit through the building foundation outside your door and it's infested. Literally over a hundred a day pouring out. The complex itself seems fabulous if you're not in the cockroach infested region.
They are inside also..

No hot tub as advertised, no little to no plates cups, no seasonings, and two cockroaches. Garbage pick up was none. We had to find a place to empty the trash. It did have a clean bed and a nice shower

Great place to stay.

Property and location is great, safe and well located with beautiful amenities. A couple of things need maintenance but could be very easily fixed. The curtain rod is missing a screw and kept falling off. The microwave has a sticky open button that is tricky to get in place to use. Internet needs to be upgraded. I could not work remotely from the condo. A great place to stay for vacation. Very good value for money.

Fun short stay in La Ventana

The Club is located in a great central location and very easy to go either direction to find food or beach. The check in process is so easy as there really isn’t one just a code and don’t have to worry about forgetting any keys. The condo itself is nice and is perfect for a couple or maybe small family. My only real complaint would be the refrigerator is very loud when it kicks on.

Very comfortable condo on first floor

We planned on staying one night but stayed three! The owner was available by phone and extended our stay with the front desk very easily. Very comfortable beds, pool right outside the patio door. Complex was quiet and parking gated. We love this area, very safe and amazingly beautiful!

This is a beautiful place and a nice, mostly well equipped studio. The pool was FREEZING

There were a few items missing -a dust pan, bowls, drinking water. There was a nice coffee pot, but no filters to be found in town. All the directions in the room were more for hotel guests and I was not sure which office to report to, how to get the key after hours, who was responsible for emptying garbage. The grounds are spotless, the view breathtaking, and the room handsomely decorated.

The property set up is great and very comfortable and great for kids

The condo was adequately stocked with what we needed to cook and eat in the condo. There were plenty towels and bedding and it was a surprise and treat to have a washer/dryer. Everything worked great except the stove was a bit frustrating. But big comfy beds (even the couch and trundle). We were very happy with our stay and would come back for sure.

Yes, I agree cooking on the electric stoves is frustrating for the ones as me do have gas stove at home. Having the couch with two twin bed matresses is fantastic, so everyone sleeps very confotable. The room was clean and looked as pictured. Nice spot on the property next to the pool. Could not get the AC to work. Kitchen has the basics needed for preparing meals.
