Entering the property into the kitchen area the property has everything you could need to comfortably self cater for your stay including kettle, toaster, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee maker and iron and ironing board, also in th is area there is a dining table for two.

Through to the sitting area there is a lovely comfortable sofa for two where you can snuggle up and watch the smart TV. From this room you have access to the private garden with outdoor seating and a shed to store bikes. The area of Colworth is great for cycling and walking with the South Downs Way being just a short distance.

The shower room is on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with comfortable double bed, the room has storage and an en suite WC.

There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car from Colworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks Bognor sea front.

Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Colworth, making Dandydills the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
