Great Stay

Our stay at Jean's cottage was short but wonderful. We were in town for a wedding so we werent able to spend much time at the property but I wish we couls have. It had amevery amenity needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back when yhe weather is warmwr so we could take advantage of using the lake ans all the fun lake toys.

Perfect lake house getaway!

The reviews are 100% accurate. What’s not to love? Jeannie was so wonderful and kind. The amenities blew us away. Chairs & fire pit (and firewood!), amazing options to enjoy the lake with (and life jackets!), and the home was stocked with way more than we expected. Extra blankets, appliances, plenty of dishes, seasoning etc. having the ability to bring our dog (who is a Velcro dog) was wondering as opposed to boarding her. Everything was clean. Washer and dryer on site. Modern and cute decor. Beautiful landscaping. I could go on and on. The deck was amazing to enjoy the view. We loved having an option to grill (propane was readily available for use too!). The lake was gorgeous and clean. She clearly takes pride in keeping this home well cared for and cozy enough to relax in to feel like home. Absolutely will be staying again.

Hidden gem!

We absolutely recommend this stay. Jeannie was a wonderful host. Super clean, amazing view! Everything you need to enjoy the lake was provided. Beautiful beach town in South haven is just minutes away. Staying at Jeannie’s place was so relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend. Hope to be back soon. Thank you Jeannie!

Amazing views, very well maintained and lots to do

Our stay was amazing, the property owner Jean and her husband were extremely welcoming and extremely nice. The property is well maintained inside and out and is very clean and has an amazing lakefront view. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely consider booking again the next time we're out this way.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend getaway

We loved staying here for a long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was spectacular waking up each morning to the quiet of the lake in your front yard. The location was great, the property was very clean and came with a ton of outdoor activity amenities! Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming-definitely recommend for a retreat. Best part was that the property is dog friendly! 10/10 recommend and would return.

Lovely little vacation spot

Our family had such a nice time relaxing at Jeannie’sake house. She was kind and accommodating and we loved the games and the fact that we could bring our dog. It was very clean and the water is right across the street in a small rural neighborhood. If you are looking to relax and lounge by water, this is an excellent place. Thank you, Jeannie!

Great secluded beach.

Wonderful stay. Jean is an awesome host. The condo is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The lake is warm with a sandy beach. Quiet location. Very little road or lake traffic. Close to shopping and restaurants in South Haven. I couldn’t be happier with this vacation.

Perfect location!

This property has that rare combination of pristine up scale rental AND thoughtful homey amenities that make staying here a joy! Location is gorgeous lakefront and provides watercraft for hours of enjoyment. Kitchen is helpfully outfitted with a full range of dishware & common spices too! Great Stay on Silver Lake

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and stocked with more towels, dishes and cookware than you would ever need. Jeanie is a fantastic host. She welcomed us to the property showed us where the many amenities available to us were located and made sure that we had everything we needed. In addition to all of the outdoor seating and sandy beach there are kayaks, a paddle boat and an aluminum boat at your disposal. We can't wait for the opportunity to book here again!

Perfect Family Stay

Our family loved this house! It was a perfect for our two nights away with great access to the lake, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view of the quiet lake, and little touches to make it feel like a home away from home.

A Great Lake house getaway

We loved our stay here! Jeannie was a great host, and our daughter lived the toddler friendly amenities. The lake frontage is very nice for playing, we had a great time. Will definitely be looking to come back next year!

Amazing 10 Night Stay on Silver Lake!

We had the most amazing time on Silver Lake. Kayaks, paddle boat, swim platform and floatie lounge for 8. Beautiful water, beach, flowers, numerous sitting areas and beautiful deck and views. So glad we stayed 10 nights. Definitely returning again. Jeannie was the ultimate host and provided everything we needed for a super easy and welcoming stay. Super clean and updated. We never wanted to leave this beautiful spot. Just what we needed. Thanks Jeannie! See you next year!

Great Getaway

We had such a great relaxing time. Enjoyed the lake,sitting out on the deck and how close to South Haven it was. Our only regret is we should of stayed longer and we will next time. The accommodations and Jean are wonderful

Perfect getaway on the lake!

We had such a great time! The rental was incredibly clean, very well stocked (way more extras than I’ve ever seen), on the lake and had great lake amenities for the entire family. Jean is an amazing host. Communicates very well. Check in and check out was a breeze. She lives in the condo next to the rental and is there if you need anything. Fire pit was perfect for s’mores and hanging out at night. Jean provides kayaks, a large raft, jumping dock, floats, life jackets and a paddle boat. We used the paddle boat every day and the large raft was perfect for relaxing in. Its a short drive to south haven, blueberry farms and lake Arvesta. I definitely recommend this place for a nice family getaway. One thing to note is there is a small road to cross when going to the lake but it’s very low traffic and everyone looks out for each other and the area residents are really friendly. We have a 3 and 6 yr old and the road was not a concern at all.

Pristine

The rental was beautiful and pristine, inside and out. The beautifully maintained property with thoughtfully arranged gardens and warm lake were wonderful. There are two kayaks, a paddle boat, row boat and large inflatable floating platform that could accommodate several adults and children. The location is excellent offering unobstructed views of the entire lake. The interior is comfortable, clean and attractive. Our host Jean was friendly and responsive. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely. Highly recommend!
