Ready for your long-term winter get-away, a vacation or a weekend of relaxing or fun. Relax in our comfortable condo. Two bedroom/two bath will sleep up to six. Queen bed, bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) and couch. High speed internet and cable TV. Washer and dryer. Great location with lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool (heated in winter) with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour fitness center, sauna and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Whitecap Beach is just a block away. Schlitterbahn Water Park 1 mile away. Fishing piers, golf and family activities all with in 10 minute drive.

We loved this condo! It was immaculate and the listing was spot-on. Honestly, photos don’t do it justice. Rooms are more spacious than pictured, especially the kitchen and laundry area, and the awesome balcony (not pictured) was perfect for evenings.Nice touches: full-size washer/dryer with powdered soap provided, 5 beach towels, coffee and sugar (bring your own creamer), and ice trays filled upon arrival. The trundle bunk was perfect—our 3 kids each had their own bed! Having a second bathroom was also a huge plus. Games, toys, books, and a large library at the clubhouse pool made it even better, and the pool itself was lovely.Good to know before you go:•Only 3 kitchen trash bags (13-gal) and 2 waste basket bags provided—bring extras if cooking often•Bedrooms, especially the master, flood with light early—pack large blankets to cover curtains.•It’s walkable to Whitecap Beach, but heat made us opt for the 12 parking permit at the Stripes gas station instead•Pool wash stations weren’t working, so the walk back to the condo was sandy.Bottom line: outstanding price point, excellent experience. We’ll definitely book this condo again if we’re back on North Padre Island—highly recommend!

Our two wonderful kids are grown and building a life of their own. We have used VRBO for years and decided to try our hand at becoming an owners.

Why they chose this property

As VRBO & AirBnB renters we have seen what works and what does not. Having a relaxing and hassle free vacation is very important to us and we want to give these things to you. This property is just that, to sit on the porch in the evening and watch the sun set, or to walk the beach and splash in the waves. Our home has it all, beach, pool (heated in winter) with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour fitness center, sauna . Come and enjoy our home, I know we do.

What makes this property unique

What I enjoy most is the porch, I have a view of the ocean and the Marina. It is quiet and peaceful. The property has everything, beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and good neighbors. The area has great food and entertainment. Corpus Christ is only 20 miles away and you can visit the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, National Sea Shore and much, much more. I promise you will not get bored.
