Sit by the fire or watch or watch a movie together on the smart TV in this spacious and stylish living room. In the summer, open the French doors to the garden, and you can expand this already roomy space into the second dining room.

Set beside the stairs just off the entrance hall, the cloakroom has a WC and basin.

Shown in the images as a second dining room, this is now a games room with table tennis.

Tackley House has a charming terrace with a bistro set for four. Spend time in this secluded spot slowly sipping a glass of wine after the children have gone to bed or start your morning with a coffee as the sun comes around. The lawn provides plenty of space for children and dogs to play.
