With five spacious ocean view bedrooms each with a private bathroom and walk in closets plus an adjacent 2 story loft with one bedroom upstairs and one sofa bed downstairs.
Air conditioning in all the house, bedrooms with terraces overlooking the infinity pool and the Caribbean.
All bedrooms and living room have big flat screen cable TVs with US channels and two WIFI internet connections for your convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house in real life is just as beautiful as the pictures. Anytime we need the host for something, she was right there to help us out. Would come back and recommend!

The house was beautiful, great location, and well maintained. Be advised: everything is on a different level. I jokingly call it the exercise house because of all the stairs. Not a bad thing at all, just something to note. The place had adequate space for my large part and allowed us to separate our kids which was a bonus. The manager, Caroline, was excellent. She was responsive to inquiries, offered activities, and advice. She also was incredibly helpful with allowing us to store luggage after checkout until our flight. A kindness that won’t be forgotten. I would recommend the property to large parties of healthy individuals.

Exactly like the photos!

This house is just gorgeous. I thought the pictures were too good to be true but it is exactly as you see. Excellent snorkeling off the back deck.

Cozumel Getaway Home

Overall the property was perfect for my family. Carolina and Jorge took care of all our needs and the service was A+. The kitchen is in need of a little repair and could use a new set of pots and pans. Other than that the house was beautiful with all the amenities provided for a wonderful experience.

Great Location!

The house is nice, and the location is great! Pros:- All of the bedrooms in the main house have an ocean view- 4 of the 5 bedrooms in the main house are spacious- The patio furniture is in good shape- Access to the ocean and the snorkeling is good.- The staff was great to work with and there were a bunch snacks and waters provided- The garage with opener was nice to have.- They allowed us to checkout an hour late.- location is hard to beat! The kitchen was decently stockedRoom for improvement:- While it is mentioned, there is no housekeeping provided. This is the first time I've seen this, and I didn't notice before booking.- The beds and pillows are quite firm- There are only 4 sun loungers on the patio and limited room to add more.- Some of the cabinetry, etc. was a bit rough around the edges. The kitchen sink cabinet door fell off. - For a house of this value, I would expect a dishwasher.We would probably stay here again.
