We chose to preserve the house's authentic soul, maintaining the beautiful original terracotta floors and iconic majolica tiles, while integrating all modern comforts.

We chose to preserve the house's authentic soul, maintaining the beautiful original terracotta floors and iconic majolica tiles, while integrating all modern comforts: air conditioning, new high-quality mattresses, fast Wi-Fi, two living rooms with satellite TV (Astra and international channels), and spacious spaces perfect for families.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8–10 people:
