Located on the island's eastern coast, Porto Azzurro is known for its picturesque harbor, colorful buildings, and beautiful beaches. It has a rich history, dating back to Roman times, and was once an important port for the island.

The apartment offers a practical and comfortable solution for a completely independent vacation, with livable outdoor spaces and a reserved parking space.

The apartment opens onto a bright living room with air conditioning above the French windows. Here, you'll find a 140 cm sofa bed and a dining table for six. The French windows lead to a terrace that connects the living room to the bedroom. A gas cylinder is located on this terrace in a dedicated outdoor space.

The living room leads to the separate kitchen, compact but well-organized. It is equipped with a large refrigerator, gas stove, and a table for four. The kitchen is new.

The sleeping area also accesses the living room through a hallway that leads to three separate rooms. On the right is the single bedroom, furnished with a single bed (* in the photo, to be furnished), a small wardrobe, and a French window leading to the terrace. In the center is the recently renovated bathroom with window, bidet, and large shower stall. A heater above the door makes the apartment suitable for off-season stays. On the left is the spacious double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and a French window leading to the south-facing terrace.
The south-facing terrace is larger and offers space for an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. An awning is provided, and a private corner to the side provides space for a washing machine.

Important Notes:
- Minimum check-in age: 21 (for groups of young people)
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are allowed with a €30 surcharge.
- Mandatory security deposit: €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20 for a single set, €40 for a double set, including for single use.

Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio, depending on office opening times.
