This 75 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the first bedroom has 1 double bed and the second bedroom also has 1 double bed, and the living area offers a sofa bed suitable for two people. Spacious and well arranged, it’s a great choice for a comfortable stay.

We would like to remind you of the house rules, designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbors:
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including windows and/or balconies.
- Parties and noise that may disturb the peace and quiet of the residents are not allowed.
- Access is not permitted to people not registered on the reservation.
- Unregistered pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of the apartment's furniture and facilities.

✅ CHECK-IN: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For security reasons, the instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 3:45 PM on the day of your arrival. If you wish to enter before 4:00 PM, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer early access, but this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest and the cleaning schedule.

✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning.

✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you would like a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the corresponding additional cost:

* From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: 39€
* From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: 59€
* From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: 99€

✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00 AM) without notifying the accommodation, the following amounts will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty, depending on the time of departure:

* Departure between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM: 350€
* Departure between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: 405€
* Departure between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM: 465€
* Departure between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 535€
* Departure between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM: 615€

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only the people registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. If you wish to increase the number of guests from your original reservation, the price is 39€ per additional person per night. Any unregistered or unpaid guest accessing the property will result in a penalty charge of 300€ per person per night of the reservation.

✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning fee after your check-in is included in the reservation. If you would like extra cleaning or towel changes during your stay, please contact us. This service carries an additional charge equivalent to the cleaning fee of your reservation, which must be paid separately.

✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of 25€ per pet per night. Any unregistered or unpaid pet accessing the property will result in a penalty charge of 300€ per pet per night of the reservation.

✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

✅ Please respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours.

✅ Use the facilities carefully and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, where applicable, compensated.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the full loss of the security deposit without the right to a refund.
