Apartment for 6 people with quality services in the heart of Saint Raphaël .. Everything on foot, 70m from the TGV station, 100m from the sea and all shops. With comfort equipment, this 72m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, fridge with freezer) separate overlooking the south facing terrace. A bathroom and separate WC. Covered and secure parking included in the services. Our animal friends are not accepted in the accommodation. Air conditioning TV + 3D Dvd, 117 cm, sunbathing on the terrace.

Emplacement TOP

A proximité de la gare, du centre et de la plage, l'appartement est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds. Il y a aussi un box sécurisé, mais il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture. Les équipements sont conformes à la description et même plus (grill sur la terrasse, vaisselle en quantité, produits ménager, parapluies, ...). Le seul reproche qu'on puisse faire est sur la climatisation. Certes, elle existe mais uniquement dans le salon et les chambres n'en profitent pas. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais heureusement que ce n'était pas la canicule la semaine où nous y étions.

Monsieur , merci pour votre commentaire, concernant le parking, sachez que nous avons un client avec un porche cayenne qui rentre son vehicule, il faut toutefois faire quelques manoeuvres pour y rentrer. Et pour la clim elle n'est que dans la salon car les chambres sont au nord et n'ont pas le soleil direct de plus l'appartement est traversant donc on peut faire des courants d'air et des ventilateurs sont a disposition pour cela. Sachez que Les clients même en canicule ne se sont jamais plein. Cordialement

Nos deux semaines de vacances dans cette location ont été absolument idéales! L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de passer des vacances sans voiture.Proche de la gare ,du port,des commerces et de la plage.Mr et Mme Bernard nous accueillent avec beaucoup de sympathie et de dévouement.L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable,décoré avec goût et très calme.Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons nos vacances en famille dans cet appartement. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés car l'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare, des commerces et du marché. Il est génial avec du matériel de bonne qualité , la literie confortable. Le quartier est très sympathique et calme, la plage à 200 mètres, que dire de plus... tout est magnifique. Les parents de Patricia sont supers et au petit soin.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé .

Superbes vacances, vaste appartement, très joliment décoré et surtout bien situé, tout à pied, proche gare SNCF (sommes venues en train) proche gare routière, marchés, commerces(petit U au pied de l'immeuble, et plage de Fréjus à 200m, plage St-Raphël 250m, port 150m, nous avons hâte d'y revenir. Ravie des contacts avec Patricia et avons appréciées l'accueil des parents M.et Mme. bernard à l'arrivée et au départ vraiment sympathiques, merci à vous tous et surtout à bientôt.Jocelyne de Lille.

Les deux semaines passées Saint Raphaël.

Ma famille et moi avions passé de bonnes vacances chez Patricia à Saint Raphaël. L'appartement est très propre, sécurisant. Durant notre séjour, nous n'avons mangé que sur la terrasse. L'appréciation est très bonne. Ses parents sont super gentils. A notre arrivée, ils nous avaient mis au frais de l'eau et du jus pour la bienvenue. Mes enfants sont ravis. Je vous le conseille et vous ne serez jamais déçus. Tous les commerces sont à côtés et il y a aussi un marché. Il n'y a rien à dire. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien.

Nous avons passé un très bon long week end de l'Ascension dans ce bel appartement très bien équipé. L'immeuble est de qualité et la situation idéale, tout est à 5mn à p!ed, gare, commerces, marché, plage. A noter aussi l'accueil particulièrement sympathique ! A recommander sans hésitation.

Excellente semaine!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos petites filles. L'appartement est très bien agencé, très bien équipée et située à 5 minutes à pied du port, de la plage, des restaurants, des magasins! Je recommande vivement! Sans parler du climat de Saint Raphaël très agréable en Avril!
