Villa Alborella is a bright four-story villa situated on a promontory facing the lake. It sleeps six people. From Villa Alborella you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake Maggiore. Villa Alborella is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 650 meters (715 yards) from Oggebbio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 750 meters (820 yards), the bus stop at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the closest beach (Oggebbio beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Alborella from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Alborella, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

You will reach the garden from the patio going down approximately eight stairway steps. The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees and by palms. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and two sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake.
Ground FloorPatio
The patio is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake and of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include three sofas and three armchairs. There is a fireplace made of glass, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio or from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through two French doors. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
Second FloorTerrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the lake.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a double bed (145 cm/57 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
