The Old Bakehouse is a ground-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a twin with en-suite shower room offering walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
3 x Smart TV, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Air Source heat pump and underfloor heating. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and allocated parking for 1 car, plus local car parks payable on site. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, and river 0.1 miles. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 250.
