A spacious and bright apartment very close to Boboli Garden, with a lovely balcony overlooking Florence's rooftops. This lovely, recently renovated apartment is located in Via de' Serragli, a very typical street a few meters away from Boboli Garden's entrance, on the third floor of a historic building.
INTERIOR
Its original high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and numerous windows allow plenty of natural light to get in and donate a very welcoming feel to the whole place. Climbing a small staircase from the entrance, you'll find the apartment's living area, very spacious and bright, featuring a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table, plus a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. From the living area, you access the lovely balcony, a special place from which you can admire a wonderful rooftop view over Florence's Oltrarno and the surrounding hills. The bedroom, also decorated with taste and attention to detail, features a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe, and from two large windows, you can enjoy the same marvelous scenery overlooking Florence and its hills. The spacious bathroom has also been recently redone and features a comfortable walk-in shower and laundry facilities.
