The Space:
Pol is reverse-level cottage, with a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric fan-assisted oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a dining area for two and a sitting area with Smart TV and Freeview. Two ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size (zip-link can be set up as twin on request), 1 x double (zip/link can be set up as super-king-size on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ample off-road parking available. Outside there is a rear fully enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture, plus a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, more than four must be approved by the owner first. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, WiFi, Egyptian linens, and towels are all included in the rent. Make a getaway to Cornwall to remember with a stay at the beautiful Pol. The Neighborhood:
Tucked peacefully away from the north Cornwall coast is this charming little village. Cubert, with its 14th century church, also boasts a convenience store/Post Office, a fish and chip shop, a gastropub and a café which all help to make it the wonderful holiday base that it is. From here, you can reach some of Cornwall's most wonderful attractions. Along the coast, Cubert sits in between the beautiful surfing centre of Newquay and the idyllic seaside resort of Perranporth - both of these destinations will promise an unforgettable day trip as they offer a wealth of different amenities and activities tied together with their own individual charm. Take a trip inland to visit the spectacular city of Truro with its plethora of first-class eating, shopping and dining spots.
