What guests love about our location?
Being based in West Devon we are central to explore both Devon and Cornwall and for you to enjoy both countryside and coast - you can be walking on Dartmoor within 20 mins, on the beach in Bude in 30 minutes, exploring Clovelly, or shopping in the Pannier Market and independent shops of Tavistock.

What guests love about our property?
Perfect for the relaxing escape. People love watching the wildlife and the peace & quite. The property is not located on a main road and the nearest shop/pub is approximately 1.5 miles - pure tranquility away from modern life but retaining modern facilities such as high speed internet. The property is a bungalow which contains 2 holiday lets, each having their facilities and outdoor space. Rosemary has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio door that open onto an enclosed patio which is ideal for our furry friends. In addition, you have off road parking and access to a wide lawned area although this is not enclosed.

Dogs are welcome in the majority of attractions and if you enjoy eating out why not try one of the award winning character pubs in the area where there is something for everyone.
