This attractive home is the perfect retreat for boating enthusiasts, water lovers, fishermen, or anyone who simply wants to relax on the shore! Ideally located in a private residential community with a waterfront luxury deck Clearlake Oaks Keys area, you and your travel companions will be able to completely unwind and enjoy nature at its finest. After a memorable afternoon of fishing or boating, come home to prepare a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, Chinese wok, coffee grinder, egg poacher, and food processor to create that special meal that can be enjoyed under the stars out on the waterfront terrace.
Several species of wild animals can be observed from the property's deck and private boat dock, such as majestic black cormorants sitting in the tall trees across the waterfront and the wild sounds of frogs croaking in the early evening. Expect visits from blue herons, night herons, various kinds of ducks, and possibly even California otters playing on the boat dock or turtles basking in the sun! The dock can accommodate 2 boats up to 22 feet, and the Clear Lake boat ramp is nearby and free to use. Trophy-size largemouth black bass are regularly caught in this area and right off the dock during the spring and fall seasons - This truly is a fisherman's paradise!
