Step into your personal oasis through the private front door, where a staircase leads you to the apartment above. There is a storage space conveniently situated outside the entrance, ideal for wetsuits or beach gear after a day of seaside adventures.

Master bedroom
Ascend to the first floor to discover the epitome of comfort and style in the master bedroom. This spacious sanctuary features striking monochrome interior design, creating an ambiance of modern luxury.

Soft carpeting underfoot invites you to relax and a double bed beckons for a restful night`s sleep. Beside the bed, you`ll find elegant bedside tables for keeping essentials within reach.

The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
