Aroeira Pool House by lisbon-coast vacation

Aroeira Pool House, holiday home, located on the Costa da Caparica, 20 km south from Lisbon. The house is located less than 3.5km from a white sandy long beach coast, in a quiet residential area. In the neighborhood you will find cafes and small shops.

The holiday home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 with a double bed and AC with bathroom ensuite (shower), 1 with a double bed and direct access to the garden and 1 with two single beds and also direct access to the garden. In front of the bedrooms, you find the second bathroom with shower.
The living room is divided into 3 areas. A sofa area with 2 sofas and the Flat Screen TV, the dining area, and the open kitchen area. In the corner next to the dining table, you find an open fireplace.
The completely renewed kitchen area is equipped with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Outside on the patio you find the washing machine.
On the 1st floor you find another bedroom with double bed and AC, a bathroom with shower and the 5th bedroom also with double bed.
The house is set in a beautiful garden, surrounded by several terraces with 1 hammock. Around the swimming pool you can use the sunbeds or if you prefer shadow, you can sit at a large table next to the barbecue area. On particularly hot days, you can put the sunbeds directly in the shallow area of the pool and leave your feet and hands dangling in the cool water.
