Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property based on how our situation was handled.From the very beginning, there were issues surrounding the security deposit. During check-in, we struggled to open the key safe and were left waiting for approximately one and a half hours in the rain before the host came to assist us.After our stay, the host accused us of leaving the property extremely dirty, which we strongly disagree with. The host is now refusing to return our security deposit and has claimed additional charges for a management callout and extra cleaning. I feel that the situation has been exaggerated to justify keeping our money.Instead of resolving the matter fairly and providing clear evidence and an itemised breakdown of the charges, the host has stated that they will not enter into any further communication.The entire experience was stressful and disappointing. I believe guests deserve fair treatment, transparent charges and respectful communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise future guests to clarify all deposit conditions and potential additional charges in writing before booking.I would not choose to stay here again.
