Stay right on Edinburgh’s prestigious Royal Mile in this 19th-century Scots Baronial building in the heart of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Step outside into historic closes, cafés, restaurants, shops and traditional pubs – Edinburgh's best is on your doorstep.

A classic, elegant room with a UK king-size bed, high-thread count bedding and plenty of storage. There’s a large wardrobe, writing desk, full-length mirror and Scottish artwork giving the room character and warmth.

Second bedroom 🛏️

A charming room with a single bed, perfect for a friend, family member or child. Fresh bedding and comfortable pillows are provided for all for a good night’s sleep.

Living room 🛋️

A comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Original sash-and-case windows frame views over the Royal Mile. There’s a large sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two children) and a 43" 4K Smart TV with Amazon FireTV, plus superfast Wi-Fi for streaming, work or planning your next day’s adventures.

Kitchen & Dining 🍽️

Cook or enjoy simple meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction hob, oven, Belfast sink, fridge, freezer and essentials. The bespoke dining area looks directly onto the Royal Mile so you can enjoy breakfast while the city wakes up, or enjoy a glass in the evening as the city winds down. A Nespresso coffee machine makes for easy, relaxed mornings.

Bathroom 🚿

A stylish, New York–inspired bathroom with exposed stonework and a luxurious rainfall shower. Complimentary luxury Scottish body wash, conditioner and shampoo are provided so you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day on the cobbles.

The apartment is located on the second floor and like many other historic buildings, access to the apartment is via a shared stairwell. ~40 traditional winding steps ensure you are elevated enough to enjoy the skyline views whilst disconnecting from street-level hustle and bustle.

A fully refundable security deposit (£200) is payable 2-days prior to check in and is fully refunded within 2-days following check-out.
