This is a beautiful and charming bright 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the hustle and bustle of popular Stockbridge Village, known as the City Village and one of Edinburgh's most sought after addresses only a 10-15 min stroll from Princes Street. It is a beautifully renovated bright flat with tasteful finishing’s retaining all the charm of the Georgian era as well as a cosy living flame fire, working shutters, original art work and rugs adding to the many comforts making it a perfect home for a short stay. Even the acclaimed Stockbridge Restaurant and old classics such as the Antiquary and Baillie are quite literally on your doorstep. Beautiful flat in central location

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra added touches the host provided such as fruit, milk, fresh flowers etc. The flat is well equipped and in close proximity to bus stops, grocery and coffee shops.

The accommodation was amazing. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you could need, and Laura was lovely so you knew you would be able to contact her for anything. It was in the perfect location and easy to walk to anywhere you would want to go.

Top notch

Great location! Laura communicated with us throughout our stay and answered all of our questions. She also gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat near the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Laura even left us some snacks! If we ever return to Edinburgh, we will stay here again!

Stockbridge

The area has a real village feel to it. Lovely walk along the water of Leith to Dean village. Also plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out, better to book in advance as they get very busy

A wonderful trip

We travelled with our 2 teenage children (14 and 17) to Edinburgh and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura’s. Communication and checkin were excellent. Stockbridge is a fabulous place to stay. Easy to walk everywhere and gorgeous pubs/restaurants all around. We would definitely return.

What a wonderful apartment

Such a lovely property. From the time we booked several months prior to our stay, all the way until check-in, the owner stayed in touch. The apartment is well furnished, very clean and well-kept. It’s in a wonderful location close to shops, restaurants and the Edinburgh Castle/Royal Mile area, as well as museums and art galleries.

Fun in Edinburgh

Nice clean cozy and comfortable third floor walk-up apartment. Fun neighborhood with eclectic mix of shops and eat/drink establishments. Close to bus stops that eliminate driving and parking stress while exploring and sightseeing in Edinburgh.

Lovely flat in the centre of Stockbridge.

The flat was right in the heart of Stockbridge beside plenty of shops and bars and just a 10 minute walk from George Street. Very well presented and a comfortable place to spend a few days when in Edinburgh. Laura and Catriona were very easy to deal with and we will hopefully stay again when we are back in Edinburgh.

Terrific Stay in Edinburgh

We had a wonderful time in Edinburgh and this apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, clean and quiet. Laura and Maureen were terrific hosts and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Easy to get to all the fun things to do near the Royal Mile either by walking or by bus. There is a bus stop very close by and plenty of restaurants too. Beds were comfortable, the living room was nice and sunny and the apartment even has a washing machine. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our visit!

Great Location

Charming, Quiet and Clean Apartment in an Ideal Location

We loved our stay here. The location in beautiful Stockbridge is ideal-we loved lunch at Hamilton’s around the corner, and Scottish cheddar from the nearby cheese shop. Laura, our host was so easy to work with and answered our messages promptly; Catriona met us at the apartment, showed how to use the heat and the shower (complex), and left us with milk for coffee in the morning. The apartment was sunny, comfortable and clean; the bed was comfortable. We will return!

Stockbridge flat

This bright and airy flat is located on a charming Stockbridge street, steps away from bookstores, pubs and boutiques. The checkin process was seamless. The property manager met us at the door and walked us through the flat. Our host was kind, thoughtful and responsive, and our family group had a wonderful stay. We would return in a heartbeat!

Birthday trip to Edinburgh

Lovely flat in Stockbridge in a central location that also provided a bit of peace & quiet away from the crowds. All necessities were there and we had a lovely welcome basket & fresh flowers to boot! Don’t miss the Stockbridge Market on Sundays or the lovely Water of Leith walkway for a dose of nature right in the city.
