Come prepared to relax in this peaceful, ocean setting. From our enclosed lanai you see the lush landscape of the spa~the lagoon, outdoor pool, and ocean transform you into vacation mode. This private, gated community provides 24/7 security, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, shuffleboard, and play area for children.
Our villa is in the building closest to the amazing, renourished beach of Port Royal Sound. It is 50 short steps from the beach, pier, and wildlife. Walk the natural tidal beach or pier, search for shells, dig for clams, and view wildlife. Rest on the swings facing the Atlantic Ocean in this private location.
Our place is fully furnished & equipped. The living room has a comfy couch that opens into a queen-size bed. It also has a large flat screen TV. The dining room flows from the living room providing seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, cookie sheets, coffee maker with liners, carafe, toaster, blender, salt & pepper. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. All soaps, dishtowels & paper products are provided. A washer and dryer, laundry soap & basket, ironing board & iron will assist your laundry needs.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a firm, supportive mattress. Pillows, linens & blankets provided.There is also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The on-suite full bath has a tub, shower & towels.
Bedroom #2 or guest room, has 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, a small flat screen TV with a DVD player. A second full bath with tub, shower & towels is available.
Extra items for your enjoyment in the condo are beach toys, beach chairs, indoor games, books, and informational pamphlets.
The Spa is conveniently located to area restaurants, supermarkets, the airport, movie theater, and general shopping areas. We have provided an information book with detailed descriptions, maps to places & activities on Hilton Head Island.

This was our second time staying at the Spa, and this unit really is in a great location within the complex. Super nice to be able to just walk right out and down to the beach. Fish Haul is a low key beach which suits us perfectly. Condo was nice and owner was super helpful.

The hosts were fantastic. Very proactive and readily available. The property is right on the beach - this is the side of Hilton head that has less people and more nature. The overall buildings are a little older but our unit is well maintained.

Loved the condo and the location on the sound short drive to public beaches and restaurants as well as shopping and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Parking was the only issue but it was just a minor one. The security at the front gate were also all so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely book here again.

Enjoyed our family stay. The condo is plenty big enough for a small family. It has easy access to the pools and a short walk to the beach. The enclosed patio was nice and had views of the ocean. The property was exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach, great beach access, right by the pool and grill area. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Beds were comfortable.
