Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom apartment! Enjoy a cool atmosphere with centralised air conditioning. Relax on the spacious terrace, equipped with a dining area and outdoor shower, or enjoy the views from the balcony. Just a few steps away you will find a communal swimming pool and a children's playground, ideal for families. We are very close to the beautiful Higuerica beach, perfect for sunny days and sea. A perfect space to create unforgettable memories!



As a guarantee for possible damages during the stay, a deposit of €200.00 will be charged, to which €1.05 is added for platform management expenses. This deposit will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 3 days after departure, provided that the accommodation is in good condition.
