The ground floor features a bright and inviting open‑plan living and dining area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It includes a comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, fireplace and air conditioning, a dining area seating up to 8 guests, and large sliding glass doors with direct access to the outdoor terrace.

OUTDOOR TERRACE
The private terrace is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing, offering a dining table with chairs, parasol, barbecue area and direct access to the shared garden and swimming pool.

KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays and is integrated with the living area.
